Our story

Started in a garage.
Built by a family.

In the spring of 2020, the world stopped. A husband, a wife, and their three young kids set up a folding table in their suburban garage and started hand-packing little boxes of socks for neighbors, nurses, and friends down the street. Five years later, those same socks ship around the world — and it's still a family business. This is the American dream, one pair at a time.

The journey

From garage table to global brand.

  1. 2020

    The garage years

During the pandemic lockdown, John and Mary Sullivan start hand-packing little novelty sock boxes for neighbors, nurses, and friends. The kids — Ellie, Sam, and Jake — handle the labels at the kitchen table.

  2. 2021

    First retail order

A small gift shop in Cleveland orders 200 boxes. The whole family pulls an all-nighter folding. They sell out in 9 days.

  3. 2022

    We get a real building

We move out of the garage and into a 4,000 sq ft warehouse outside Akron. We hire our first 6 employees — three of them are still with us today.

  4. 2024

    Our own factory

We open our first sock manufacturing facility in North Carolina. Every pair is now knit, finished, and packed under one American roof.

  5. 2025

    Shipping around the world

Now shipping to 38 countries with over 200 employees. Still founder-owned. Still family-run. Still folding the first box of every new design by hand.

"We didn't set out to build an empire. We just wanted to make something our kids could be proud of. Five years later, we still fold the first box of every new design by hand — together, at the same kitchen table."
— John & Mary Sullivan, founders
