By accessing socksinabox.us or placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.

We do our best to display product colours, patterns and packaging accurately, but screens vary and product photography may include styling props not included in your order. Sock designs in a box are as described on the product page. Products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, or stock issues. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Sales tax or VAT is applied where required. Payment is taken by our payment provider at checkout; we do not store card details. If a pricing error is obvious, we may cancel affected orders and refund you.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier's destination address. For international orders you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by your country. Refused shipments may be refunded less shipping and any duties incurred.

Our returns process, including the 30-day money-back promise and statutory withdrawal rights for EU/UK consumers, is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with security, reselling our content, or uploading unlawful or infringing material. We may suspend access for breaches.

All designs, artwork, logos, photography and text on this site are owned by Socks in a Box or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Products are provided with the warranties required by applicable consumer law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded — including mandatory consumer rights in the EU, UK, Australia and elsewhere.

Our site links to and relies on third-party services (payments, shipping, analytics, social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence and may bring claims in their local courts where the law allows.
