What you'll do
- Reply to ~80 customer emails per day with empathy and clarity
- Triage and escalate fulfillment issues with the warehouse team
- Spot patterns and feed insights back to product and ops
- Help write and maintain our help-center content
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer support, retail, or hospitality
- Excellent written English and a kind tone of voice
- Comfortable with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar tools
