What you'll do
- Own a 7-figure annual paid media budget
- Build, test and scale creative with our in-house design team
- Report weekly on CAC, ROAS, contribution margin and LTV
- Partner with our agency on attribution and incrementality
What we're looking for
- 4+ years scaling DTC paid acquisition past $5M+/year
- Deep Meta + TikTok native, fluent in Google Ads
- Strong analytical chops — comfortable in spreadsheets and BI tools
