Warehouse Coordinator

Keep the boxes moving. Own daily inbound, picking, packing and shipping at our Akron fulfillment center.
What you'll do
- Coordinate a team of 6 warehouse associates across the day shift
- Run daily standups and hit our 99% on-time-shipping target
- Own inventory accuracy across 200+ SKUs
- Partner with our NC factory on weekly inbound shipments
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of warehouse or fulfillment-center experience
- Comfortable on a forklift (certification a plus, training provided)
- Strong communicator who leads by example
- Authorized to work in the US
